Eden Summers
Eden is an ex-professional ballet/contemporary dancer and choreographer who trained at the Rambert Academy and danced for nine years in a German ballet company. On returning to England, Eden obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Dance, and then went on to teach dance within adult education, whilst performing with various baroque dance companies.
Following a back injury she turned to Pilates for rehabilitation. Pilates played an important part in managing Eden’s injury and this led her to qualified as a Body Control Pilates® Instructor, a method which she embraced for her teaching of Pilates.
