Three short performances of a dance programme set to music by Campra, under Louis XV and workshops with country dances by Feuillet during the afternoon as part of the Wallace Collection\'s \'18th Century Day\'.

LIVING ARTS PROJECT - Concert Spirituel.
A Concert inspired by the 18th century Concerts Spirituels, the first series of public concerts in Paris mixing sacred vocal music and instrumental pieces. Mercurius Company in collaboration with Trio Spirituoso (ensemble in residence at Handel House Museum 2009-10).
In the programme works by Campra, Couperin and Rameau.

Following performances by Mercurius Company, open workshops marking the 300th anniversary of Raoul-Auger Feuillet\'s death, focusing on country dances such as La Gasconne and others.

LIVING ARTS PROJECT - A Celebration of Feuillet and Pécour
Ricardo Barros runs an intensive workshop aimed at dance students or professionals who wish to become familiar with or further develop Baroque Dance skills.
The progressive workshop will run over a whole weekend, in a total of 13 hours. A wide collection of original 17th and 18th-century books, treatises and choreographies will be used. The workshop will focus on works by choreographer Raoul-Auger Feuillet, whose 300th anniversary of death is marked in 2010, and Louis-Guillaume Pécour, renowned choreographer for the Académie Royale de Musique.

~ Feuillet\'s Gigue a Deux (1700), de Roland
~ Feuillet\'s Folie d\'Espagne pour femme (1700) [excerpts]
~ Pécour\'s Menuet a quatre (c.1713)
